Our online registration system requires full payment at the time of registration. To pay a deposit and the balance upon arrival, please register by phone at 830-460-3535. After submitting your online registration and payment, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email within 24 hours, please call us.
Full Payment is due upon Registration unless otherwise noted (Online registrations will not be processed without Payment). A Confirmation Email will be sent upon successful completion.

Refunds are available 30 days from the time of purchase unless superseded by the Cancellation Policy below or a signed Reservation Contract. Some of our events require a non-refundable registration fee. If a signed Reservation Contract exists between Sanctus Ranch and the party seeking a refund, the Refund and Cancellation terms set out in the signed Reservation Contract will supersede this policy.
Sanctus Ranch cancellation policy may depend upon several factors, including the type of program and duration of stay. Generally, the cancellation policy is a 50% forfeiture of payment if cancelled with 1 week of the program start date. Cancellation and Refund Policies set forth in any specific program description or Reservation Contract supersedes any terms set forth in this general cancellation policy description.
